MEDITATION

WHY I MEDITATE

The practice of meditation saved me.

And it still continues to do so every day.

It presents a platform within which I can learn more about myself and heighten my awareness towards my inner workings.

It takes the edge off. Most of the time. But sometimes it stirs up what I have been silencing. Asking for light to be shone into all my corners. Nudging me towards a more balanced existence.

It encourages gratitude for all experiences, not just the easy ones.

It helps me breathe.

It reminds me that I am not alone.
